Ho Ho Haigh Returns for a Magical Christmas Celebration!

Get ready to kick off the festive season in style as Ho Ho Haigh returns to Haigh Woodland Park!

The much-loved Haigh Christmas Light Switch-On will illuminate the park with sparkle and song, featuring performances from Milltown Chorus and the Golborne Brass Band, plus a very special visit from the big man himself – Father Christmas! Join the celebrations on Sunday 23rd November, from 1pm to 5pm. It’s completely free to attend, so bring the whole family for an afternoon of festive fun, music, and magic.

This year, there’s even more to look forward to with the launch of Haigh’s brand-new Father Christmas experience. Nestled in the park’s historic stables courtyard, a cosy purpose-built hut awaits, where Father Christmas and his cheerful elf are ready to greet excited visitors, hear Christmas wishes, and sprinkle a little extra holiday joy.

Father Christmas will be at Haigh every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 28th November, between 10am and 4pm, with dedicated SEND sessions on Sunday 30th November and Saturday 20th December. Tickets are £11.50 per child and can be booked here.  Don’t miss the chance to make magical memories — come along, feel the festive spirit, and celebrate the most wonderful time of the year at Haigh!
